Sandra joined Industrial Logic with 20 years of experience as a business operations executive for technology companies. She obtained her MBA from UC Berkeley with an emphasis in organizational behavior and strategy. Throughout her career, Sandra has focused on directing the financial and personnel aspects of engineering consulting firms. She is passionate about delivering outstanding services to clients.

At Industrial Logic, Sandra established and strengthened new offices in India, China, and Europe that enabled the firm to expand its global reach. She has developed and implemented processes for tracking business analytics to enable data-driven decisions.

Sandra’s passions include global travel and volleyball.

She lives in Berkeley with her husband and two children.
