"The feedback was very positive, better than anything we had received with training opportunities in the past; developers felt like they learned something new every week." Jay Srinivasan, Sr. Director of Application Development, RouteOne

How It Works

Length of Program: Guided eLearning is formatted to fit within a busy workweek. We work with your teams to agree on a set of topics and schedule for each cohort, which is typically 1-hour or 2-hour sessions once or twice a week for 2 to 4 months or more. The important thing is that the team set the pace at which they would like to advance their expertise.

Coaching Sessions: Industrial Logic’s trainer conducts the weekly sessions and between classes, instructors are available for questions and feedback directly via email and during office hours.

Homework: Much of the homework uses Industrial Logic’s eLearning platform, which augments the participant’s experience with informative videos, quizzes, and peer engagement. Homework typically require as much time outside class as was spent in class.

Why Take This Approach?

Compared to an in-person class, the slower pace and ability to apply concepts to their day-to-day work ensures that students absorb the elearnings more thoroughly. Our approach allows students to receive feedback from both team members and the instructor.

Track Your Performance

"The Industrial Logic Guided eLearning training has been a wonderful experience for the team. Our instructor was a friendly, supportive guide and mentor with great knowledge all of the topics. The eLearning itself, which was crafted out of years of experience and knowledge, is fantastic." Rupesh Bhadeshiya, DST Design, Mastercard
