Real Work Product & UX Workshop

The Real Work Workshop gives teams a chance to work with a deeply experienced coach to get real work completed while learning valuable new skills.

Do you struggle to apply what you learned in training to real work? Or, does your team rarely get away for training because of too much work to do? This best-selling workshop has the answer: a way to get real work done all while learning valuable new skills.

During the workshop, our coaches collaborate with participants to assess needs and create an agenda, including clear objectives that may be demonstrated to stakeholders. Skills we commonly teach and practice while doing "real work" include: chartering, design thinking, user journeys, planning with story maps and evolutionary design, writing user stories and clarifying requirements, dynamically managing work in the face of changing priorities, estimating and forecasting, and effectively collaborating between diverse roles like UX and engineering.

Through this workshop, you'll complete real work, improve cross functional collaboration, increase visibility of progress, and demonstrably improve your ability to work together.
This workshop is for whole teams actively working on products.
