The eXtreme eXchange

This service is provided for companies that have learned about XP and are now prepared to try it. If you're still learning about XP, consider taking The eXtreme Programming Workshop before participating in the eXchange.

To participate in the eXchange, your company must be ready to embrace XP on a new or existing software project. This usually requires

• real-world programming experience
• teaching and mentoring experience

• fully install XP on your project
• groom one individual to replace us as XP Coach
