The Effective Stories Workshop

User Stories are the most common unit of planning and requirements on Agile projects. Storytests (also known as "acceptance tests" or "functional tests") clarify and verify the behavior of user stories. In these workshops, you will learn how to write effective user stories, avoid common pitfalls, size your user stories during agile planning, communicate "executable requirements" via storytests, and drive your project successfully using Storytest-Driven Development (SDD). Every course is taught by practitioners with many years of hands-on, Agile requirements experience. You'll hear stories from the trenches and learn how to map your existing processes to an agile approach.

Course Prerequisites:

  • Required: Basic familiarity with the concepts of Agile software development
