XP Adoption
The workshop coaches engage participants in a dialogue about adopting XP at their workplace.
Questions such as the following will be tackled:
- what will be most difficult to accomplish at our company?
- what is our best transition path to XP?
- who will be on cross-functional teams?
- how will documentation and testing integrate with XP?
- what role will managers play in the XP process?
- what role will quality assurance people play in the XP process?
