This activity gets the process of Release Planning started for a real project. The workshop coaches facilitate XP's Planning
Game with a real project's customers and programmers. At the conclusion of the activity, everyone will have a better understanding
of release planning, and the whole team will have their first release plan.

One of our coaches will help your team produce its release plan by assisting with the authoring of stories and facilitating
the Release
Planning game. We will spend 2-3 days working with the team at your workplace, assuming availability of XP customers.
