One of the best ways to adopt Industrial XP (IXP) is to actually practice it with the help of an experienced coach. In this
experience, one of Industrial Logic's IXP coaches will work side-by-side with your team to help them adopt IXP. By mid-week,
the team will have a chance to plan, code and debrief a 6-hour iteration in order to help solidify the team's understanding
of IXP and provide insight into where improvements are needed.
